Time to adapt!
The consequences of climate change are already visible. To adapt our countries, regions and homes to the changing circumstances, we have to act now. In this project we bring together scientific data on the regional effects of climate change, policy recommendations how adaptation can be done, innovative technical solutions on the ground and a toolkit for drawing up your own adaptation plan. Nice to meet you!
