The project is divided in work packages, that all result in output.
- Work Package 1: Report of the effect of Climate change in 5 North Sea Countries
- Work Package 2: Feasibility study (1), Climate Proof Strategies (3), Investments (6)
- Work Package 3: Policy recommendations
- Work Package 4: Transnational toolkit to adapt the North Sea Region
Work Package 5 is meanly a project management tool to guarantee the quality and finances of the output of the four work packages.
